By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with our store policies and applicable laws. Misuse of the site may result in restricted access.

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only for order processing and communication. We do not share your personal data with third parties except for delivery purposes.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 1–4 business days, while remote areas may take 3–7 business days. We use trusted couriers across Sri Lanka.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight. Tracking numbers are provided once orders are dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within the Day of delivery if the item is defective or incorrect. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Payment Policy
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments. For COD orders, customers may inspect the item before completing payment. Failure to accept delivery may result in re‑delivery charges.
Damaged / Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka.
